The additions provide members with an exciting new studio environment, as well as a total number of 175 timetabled classes. Virgin Active Twickenham members can now benefit from high-intensity non-stop obstacle circuit course with GRID and HEAT on offer for those keen to work up a sweat during high performance training. For cycle enthusiasts, the club offers fantastic classes in the cycle studio; from cycle fitness sessions with wrap-around video screens showing the world’s most famous cycling routes, to cycling meets clubbing, as you sprint to the pounding rhythms of a handpicked playlist in Revolution.
If you are looking for a more peaceful visit to the gym, the updated Mind and Body space is perfect for you. The new addition brings Twickenham members the opportunity to realign and restore with the new studio offering yoga and Pilates. The totally refreshed club offers further serenity through their relaxing spa experience. You can soothe weary muscles after a hard work out in their sauna or take a moment to chill out whilst steaming away toxins in the steam room.
