Bang Bang Vegan Shake
Vegetables are squeezing their way into breakfast and who are you to stop them? Packed with nutrient-rich veggies and delicious fruits, this shake promises an early morning energy spike.
By blending rather than juicing your veggies, you will keep hold of all that fiber.
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- handful kale
- a thumb-sized piece of fennel
- of white grapes
- half a banana
- handful baby spinach
- pinch of parsley
- a thumb-sized piece of Ginger
- 100ml Apple juice
- Wash and blanch the kale
- Give all the ingredients a rough chop
- Blend together until smooth and enjoy!
