Learn the ropes and the basics of the main inversions where you hang upside down in the hammock! This session is best to attend if you have never attended an Anti Gravity class before. The group will be smaller so the instructor can make sure you get to grips with how to use the hammock so you feel more confident during the Anti Gravity classes.
