The only competition you see is you. So set your own speed, and race yourself to the finish line.

Boost energy, bond with your baby and meet other mums. Work at your own pace to safely tone, trim and get back into pre-pregnancy shape. Focus on feeling good about yourself, your body and have fun with your new baby. For mums given the go-ahead after the 6-week check.
