Roll up roll up, old sports. Get ready for a tennis-fuelled workout like no other, filled with all the rollicking good fun of Cardio Tennis that’s been taken up a few pegs. Open to racquets members only, this is a stonking good class for those well versed in the art of tennis. So if you fancy yourself a bit of a pro, and you’ve got the tencap rating to prove it, this is just your ticket.

After warming up, you’ll be taken through a series of drills, involving anything from running down ladders to kettlebell exercises. Don’t forget your racquets though; we’ll be keeping you on your toes the whole time, firing balls in-between for you to smash across the net. Before you know it, it’ll be time for some gameplay. You’ll be pitted against your equals in doubles, winning points, switching sides and mixing it up to create an experience that is exhilarating, intense and, above all, jolly good fun.

Everything is set to a glorious soundtrack of tunes designed to get you going and keep you on the ball. There are heart rate checks throughout the class, where we stop the music to measure your progress. Remember, this is a high-intensity class combining all the fun of tennis with cardiovascular exercise; it’s certainly not for beginners and a minimum tencap rating will apply.
