Participants will strengthen, lengthen, tone and tighten with Virgin Active’s Floor Barre program. It’s a dynamic total-body workout with a fusion of ballet, yoga and Pilates – think of it as “barre-less”.  Isolate muscle groups essential for coordination and balance whilst improving alignment, increasing endurance without strain and experience an improved mind-body connection. Just bring yourself and your “can-do” attitude! Occasionally, we’ll use a prop or two to increase the intensity of the exercises and enhance the workout.
