Advisable for all members before attending HEAT classes. Be introduced to the innovative equipment being used, such as Ankorr and the Skillmill and learn technique tips to help you get the best out of your workout. 
We recommend you use a My Zone belt for HEAT classes to track how hard you’re working throughout the session and your progress over time. Use one of our loan monitors and set it up in the intro to HEAT class so you’re ready to go or see an instructor to find out purchase details at the club.
