Active Light

Easy twinkle toes. You might be raring to go, but as a new kid on the block, you might want to take it easy, just until you get warmed up.

Active Plus+

Energetic and frisky, you sure know your way around the gym, and can give most a run for their money.

Active Pro

You’re a force to be reckoned with. With your eyes on the prize, the rest of the class better watch out.

The only competition you see is you. So set your own speed, and race yourself to the finish line.

A Reformer Pilates class provides all the benefits of traditional mat-based Pilates, but with extra intensity and challenge.

By adding the Reformer bed, you’ll glide, pull and stretch your way to the best body you’ve ever had. Sculpt and tone from top to toe, strengthen your core muscles, and burn calories as you power your way through one of these specialist strength and endurance workouts.

But what is a Reformer bed, you might ask? Well, a low bed, basically. With a sliding platform, known as a carriage, on which you lie, sit, kneel or stand to perform different exercises. This highly versatile piece of equipment allows for an unlimited range of exercises to be performed, many of which train key muscles you probably never knew existed. You’ll stretch further and strengthen muscles and joints, using pulleys and springs to create resistance and challenge your body in new ways. By creating the perfect balance between strength and flexibility, you’re able to push harder and go further with a much lower risk of injury. Pilates also builds greater resistance to injury by correcting poor posture, often an underlying cause of pain.

Sessions take place in dedicated studios in groups of 2-5, or on a one-to-one basis. They are available to purchase on a pay as you go basis or as a bundle, with members getting discounted rates. Non-members are welcome too – check the pricelist for more information.
