It’s designed as a super concentrated workout, using high intensity moves, repetition and speed to blast your entire body with exercise. The class involves bend, squat, twist, pull, push, and lunge movements. We call them life movements, or ‘functional movements’ – six primary movement patterns which incorporate all the muscles you need to function in your day-to-day activities
