If your child is 3-4 years, you can leave them in our capable hands while you workout for up to 4 hours a day free of charge, as part of their monthly membership cost. Bookings can be made up to 10 days in advance. Please speak to Reception for bookings and more details.

Kids Crew is our programme to get your kids to start their journey to activeness. With their junior membership, your little ones can play, create, dance and mash up some games in a safe and comfortable environment. Read on to find out more or contact reception to book.

As part of their monthly membership cost, you can complete a family induction with your children aged 10-13 so you can use the gym together. Once they’re 14, they'll be required to complete another induction to use the gym floor alone (with you in the building of course).

Active Crew is our health and fitness programme for 8-15 year olds. Specials coaches will support kids through a term-long course of weekly classes to build fitness, teamwork and self-confidence. Charges apply per term, contact us for details.

Kids like a good challenge too! Every year, we partner exclusively with Speedo for our national Swim Gala series, where kids aged 6-16 years old compete against other swim schools across the UK to showcase their talent.
