GRID Strong

Stamina. Movement. Speed.

Boost muscle, intensify strength and increase power with high-intensity supersets. Each class starts off with 40 seconds of heavy lifts followed by 15 seconds of speed. You'll lift Olympic standard equipment to perform moves that will give you the ultimate athletic prowess.

Stamina. Movement. Speed

Tough aerobic conditioning to keep your wits sharp and your stamina stretched. Utilising the 'Accumulator Principle', this class is station based so you switch between each exercise. Rest time shortens as you move through the stations. Do as many reps as possible and shock your body Grid Fit.
