Credit terms:

Must be used on selected ancillary products and services only, including Personal Training packs, swim lessons (where purchased as one-off sessions), guest passes, crèche passes, merchandise and other eligible ancillary products and has no cash value.
May be used across multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted.
There is no minimum spend requirement when redeeming the Credit.
Credit must be redeemed within 90 days of the membership start date. Any unused Credit after this period will automatically expire.
If you use any credit to purchase merchandise during the cooling‑off period, the amount used will be deducted from any membership fee refund if you end your membership early.
Merchandise spend must not exceed £70 credit in total.
Credit cannot be transferred, shared, exchanged for cash, refunded or sold.
If the membership is cancelled within the 90-day expiration period, any unused Credit will be forfeited and Virgin Active reserves the right to withdraw or recover the value of any Credit already redeemed.
Virgin Active is not responsible for delays in the application of the Credit due to system or operational constraints

Credit cannot be used on:

Membership fees;
Any Direct Debit or recurring subscription products, including but not limited to Personal Training Direct Debit or junior programme subscriptions (tennis/swim);
Junior swim 1-1s and 2-1s;
Kauai purchases.

1. If you join Virgin Active Chiswick Riverside on an eligible 12-month Family membership between 27 August 2026 and 30 September 2026, each eligible child included on that Family membership will receive (i) 3 months of junior swim or racquets subscription fees free, per eligible child; and (ii) the applicable benefit below based on their age (the “Offer”):

Children aged 0–2: 16 complimentary Club V hours for each eligible child. The hours must be used within 90 the date the benefit becomes available and may only be used at Virgin Active Chiswick Riverside.

The following conditions apply in relation to the family benefits:

to benefit from age-related discounts, you may be required to provide valid identification to verify your age;
each child receiving a family benefit must be included on the relevant Family membership;
each eligible child may receive only one family benefit, being the benefit applicable to their age category;
the family benefit will become available after the expiry of the applicable 14-day cooling-off period, provided you have not cancelled the relevant membership;
Club V hours, children's parties and sports camp places are subject to availability and any applicable booking and cancellation terms;
the October 2026 half-term sports camp benefit is valid only for the camp taking place from 26 October to 30 October 2026 and cannot be carried forward to another camp;
Club V hours may only be used at Virgin Active Chiswick Riverside and are subject to applicable Club V booking and cancellation terms; and
the family benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Golf Suite use is limited to up to four people per bay.

Personal Training and 1:1 Reformer Pilates are subject to trainer and session availability and any applicable terms and conditions.
Golf Suite use and My Health Group treatments are subject to availability and any applicable booking, cancellation and service-specific terms and conditions.
