Moves from ballet, Pilates and yoga to work every muscle in your body. Barre makes you stronger, more flexible and realigns you – so that everything’s back where it should be. Ballerinas are tough, and this class proves it.

In this converted school you’ll find all new kit on the upgraded gym floor, installed in October 2023. There’s also a 20m pool and studios for Reformer Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, Yoga and more. Leave the kids in the crèche and workout without any worries.
