It goes beyond a traditional gym induction. We'll start with a conversation, explore your body insights and guide you through some personalised movement.

HOW TO GET STARTED

WHAT TO EXPECT IN A PT SESSION
Start with a conversation:

What do you want to achieve, what do you enjoy, and how do you live and move day to day?
We’ll do a light movement check to understand your starting point and then build a plan together.
You’ll leave knowing exactly what happens next.

Simple structure, tailored to you:

A guided or self-led 5 minute warm-up, depending on your preference.
Followed by a 35–40 minute focused training block, built around your goal.
Finish with a 5 minute cool down to stretch, reset and discuss what you can do between sessions.

Variations:

Experienced clients often warm up on their own for a full 40-minute guided block + 5-minute stretch.
Some prefer self-led warm-up and stretch with 45 minutes of focused PT.
Your trainer will adapt the format based on your confidence, energy and goals.

I'm a beginner. Can I still do PT?

Absolutely. Many members start with little or no gym experience. Your trainer will guide you at your pace and build your confidence session by session.

What if I don't click with my trainer?

No problem, we'll help you find a better fit. The relationship matters, and we'll always prioritise your experience.

How quickly will I see results?

It depends on your goal, frequency and lifestyle. Many members notice improvements in confidence, energy and technique within a few sessions, with measurable strength or fitness progress building across 4-8 weeks.

How do you match me with the right PT?

We consider your goals, experience, preferred style, budget and any special requirements. Your PT also factors in specialisms so you’re set up for success.

Can I change PT levels later?

Yes, you can move between Expert, Elite and Icon as your needs evolve.
