Club Closure FAQs

 

Following Saturday's government announcement regarding COVID-19, we will be closing all Virgin Active clubs with effect from close of business on 4 November. This means that, based on current government guidance, our clubs will be shut from Thursday 5 November until Wednesday 2 December 2020.

While these restrictions are in place, we'll automatically freeze your membership at no cost to you and your membership will be automatically reinstated when your club reopens. We’ll credit your membership with the fee you have already paid for November when these restrictions are lifted.

You don't need to do anything, all the administration to freeze your membership whilst we are shut is already covered.
