How do I join the new Virgin Active Rewards programme?
To join the rewards programme you must download and access the latest version of the Virgin Active App. When downloading the app you will be required to accept the terms and conditions of the rewards programme, otherwise you cannot use the app.
You must also have an active Virgin Active contract, have no outstanding balance on your account and be 16 or over to be eligible to enjoy the benefits of the Virgin Active Rewards programme within the new app.
