How do I see my waitlist position?
For now, you won’t be able to see what position you are on the waitlist using the new app. We are working on this as a high priority and it will be available in the new app soon.
You can see your waitlist position using the Virgin Active website. Log in to your account online using the same credentials you use for the app and your waitlist position for upcoming classes will be shown.
Quickly access this using the waitlist latest news card in the new app or click here.
As soon as you're off the waitlist we will also email you to confirm your space in the class.
If you’re not planning to attend the class we recommend you leave the waitlist.
