In the new app, what can be done in the Profile section?

  • Update contact and address details can be changed or updated but personal details cannot (e.g. name, surname) 

  • Change password 

  • Change home club / upgrade / freeze 

  • You cannot cancel via the app. To cancel, please speak to the Experience team in club 

  • See guest passes and send them to friends 

  • Access to all notifications and messages (and manage settings) 

  • A summary of your rewards tier 

  • Contact us
