Plyo Box Workouts

Box Jump

Land on two feet in a squat position. Step or jump off and go again.

Use your arms to give you momentum to jump two-footed onto the box.

Stand in front of the box and bend your knees.

Runner Taps

Do the same with the other foot. Repeat as fast as you can.

Start standing in front of the box. Place one foot onto the box then jump one foot down.

Step Ups

Keep your back foot in the air then slowly lower it back to the floor.

Lift your toes on the back foot (so you're not tempted to push off that leg) and push through the front leg to get you up onto the box.

Start with one foot on the box and keep it there through out your reps.
