What is Apex HIIT?
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), at 2000m above sea level. You’ll use Wattbikes and Woodway 4Front treadmills to complete speed and hill intervals. Meanwhile, the low oxygen levels in our Apex Altitude studio will force your body to work even harder than usual. And your instructor will track your heart rate in real time to keep you in the optimum training zone, then email you your performance stats so you know what to focus on next time.
You’ll need to do our Altitude Induction before you take this class and arrive 5 minutes early so we can set up your bike. Also, let us know if you’ve got any medical problems, you’re pregnant or taking medication, or feel ill on planes.
