In this class, you'll apply what you've learned in Calisthenics Foundations, perfect your technique and learn new skills to build on. If you've got pull ups and dips down but have never managed to get that muscle up, this class is for you! Want to learn to handstand but don't know where to begin? This Calisthenics class will take you on a journey to get your first one, and more!
