What is Grid fit?

This circuit workout is as tough as they come. A different limit-pushing exercise at each station. More exercises added each time, thanks to the Accumulator Principle. And shorter breaks as the class goes on.

You’ll push your body and your determination to the limits.

Adding a new exercise to each round of your circuit. So you do 20 press-ups. Then 20 press-ups plus 20 burpees. Then 20 press-ups, 20 burpees 20 squat jumps. And so on.
