What is Group Cycle?

Improve your cardio, strength and stamina while riding to some top tunes. Our instructors will take you on their unique journey to get you stronger, fitter and feeling good. 

Why do Group Cycle?

Group Cycle is a high-energy, low-impact cardio workout that improves your stamina and strength. Our instructors encourage you to work at different speeds and resistance however you can control the intensity and ride at your own pace. 

If it's your first time, please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your class to get set up on the bike.
