What is Meditation?

A chance to bring you back to you. Guided by your instructor, you’ll learn techniques to focus your mind and improve your breathing – with results that last long after the class has finished. You’ll reconnect your wandering mind with your body. You’ll start to manage fears, feelings frustrations more easily. And you’ll sleep better.

Why do Meditation?

It helps you slow racing thoughts and let go of stress.

It lowers your blood pressure.

Little fact: 

Meditation doesn’t just calm your mind. It’s been found to have some impressive benefits for your body, too. It boosts your immune and increases volume in the parts of your brain related to positive emotions and self-control.
