What is RO?

You and your crew will jump onto your rowers, connected through headsets that provide the beats for your ‘boat’. You’ll be coached through five rowing challenges, honing your technique, working on power and speed, and doing some onshore strength training. Then you’ll reunite for a team relay, working together to get to the finish line as quickly as possible.

Why do RO?

Lungs. Legs. Core. It works your whole body.
You’ll hone your technique so you get more from your workout. 
You’ll push yourself harder for the sake of your team.
