Devised by the Rugby Football Union’s Head of Sport Science and Medicine alongside Virgin Active, ‘Fit for Rugby’ is a brand new training programme. Designed to enable you to train like the England Rugby team, let us maximise your performance on and off the pitch.

The 6 and 12 week programmes are designed for men and women of all levels of ability and will help you to improve your skills and generally enhance your physical and mental wellbeing.

The programme is divided into three blocks with six key training pillars: balance & conditioning, strength & power, speed & acceleration, agility & mobility, power endurance & stamina and core strength.
