Virgin Active Limited whose registered office address is at 26 Trinity Lane, Mansion House London, EC4V 2AR (company no. 03448441) is the promoter of this Offer.

1. If you join a participating Virgin Active health club on a 12-month membership from 1 October 2024 up until 15 October 2024 (inclusive) then you will pay no joining fee, get 15% off the rest of October and 15% off every month for 12 months (the “Offer”). Your 12-month commitment period will begin on 1 November 2024.

2. This Offer only applies to Eligible Persons. “Eligible Persons” are: residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years of age at the time of joining; are new joiners i.e. individuals who have not been members of a Virgin Active health club at any time in the past 30 days (excluding anyone who has previously been barred from any Virgin Active health club). In addition, Eligible Persons are those agreeing to an applicable membership contract at the publicly advertised membership rate for the relevant club. 3. This Offer does not apply to temporary memberships (i.e. you pay up front for a membership for an agreed period of less than 12 months); corporate company funded memberships; and/or Vitality memberships.

4. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

6. Virgin Active reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and this Offer at any time without notice, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.

3-month memberships

October 2024 free Terms and Conditions

If you join a participating Virgin Active health club on a three-month membership from 1 October 2024 up until 15 October 2024 (inclusive) then you will get the rest of October for free (the “Offer”). This means that if you join on 2 October 2024, you will pay any applicable joining fees for your home club at the time of joining and then you will pay nothing until you make your first full payment of membership fees at the end of October 2024 for November 2024. Your 3-month commitment period will begin on 1 November 2024.
