Mat Pilates

Focusing on the core principles of Pilates, you’ll get a better understanding of what it’s all about. You’ll work on technique that strengthens your core and increase mobility.

HIIT

Get your sweat on in this high intensity bodyweight class aimed at conditioning your body. In this circuits-based class, you’ll focus on upper, lower and total-body exercises.

Boxing

Get in fighting shape with our boxing sessions led by our superstar trainers. Inclusive of all fitness levels, our boxing classes deliver a real knockout to your muscles and cardio system – with moves that will boost your boxing skills and stamina.

Barre

Moves from ballet, Pilates and yoga to work every muscle in your body. Barre makes you stronger, more flexible and realigns you – so that everything’s back where it should be. Ballerinas are tough, and this class proves it.

BODYPUMP™

Cardio conditioning and weight training for all fitness levels. BODYPUMP™ will work your heart and lungs, and strengthen and tone your whole body from the inside out.
