You’ll do fewer poses than in other types of yoga but you’ll concentrate on each one for longer, trying to release your spine and relax into them. You’ll also practise meditation to help your mind unwind as much as your body.

A fitness phenomenon. Challengingly precise movements. Simple stretches to strengthen and tone every muscle in your body (especially your core). Breathing techniques to quiet every corner of your mind.

grid training HIIT

A high intensity bodyweight class aimed at conditioning with high volume, low impact circuits with upper, lower and total-body exercises.
