Yoga
Gentle yoga that uses gravity to help your body sink into deep stretches. You’ll do fewer poses than in other types of yoga but you’ll concentrate on each one for longer, trying to release your spine and relax into them. You’ll also practise meditation to help your mind unwind as much as your body.
Pilates
All the benefits of normal Pilates but on a Reformer bed, to help deepen stretches and build up strength. Reformer Pilates makes you stronger, longer, more toned and more flexible.
Bodypump
Cardio conditioning and weight training for all fitness levels. BodyPump will work your heart and lungs, and strengthen and tone your whole body from the inside out.
