Strength and Conditioning is our high intensity, interval programme designed to build strength, stability, stamina and team spirit – whatever your level.

Reformer Pilates

All the benefits of normal Pilates but on a Reformer bed, to help deepen stretches and build up strength. Reformer Pilates makes you stronger, longer, more toned and more flexible.

Bodypump

Cardio conditioning and weight training for all fitness levels. BodyPump will work your heart and lungs, and strengthen and tone your whole body from the inside out.

Explore Moorgate
