What is Contrast Foundations - Workshop?
New to contrast therapy? Foundations is the easiest way to get started. This 30-minute class is designed to calm the nervous system, ease tension and help you feel confident with hot-and-cold. You’ll begin with grounding breath awareness, unwind in a soothing sauna, then finish with a short, guided cold plunge to boost circulation and lift your mood.
What to bring: Swimwear, flip-flops (optional), water, and an open mind. We’ll bring a spare towel for you so keep your dry one in the changing room.
This class is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant. Participants with heart or respiratory conditions or high blood pressure should chat to their doctor before attending. The class is not advised for individuals that are trying to conceive or that are currently undergoing fertility treatment.
