Our tutor-led​ training takes place every Saturday- between 09:00 - 17:00 with support throughout your studies and access to our brand new Learner Management System for group discussions.

  • Week 2: Face-to-face - Resources & assessment plan, principles of fitness, member/instructor relationship
  • Week 3: Face-to-face - Exam revision, programme design, Health & safety and Instructing
  • Week 4: Face-to-face - Consultations, setting up a session, exercise explanations, session planning
  • Week 5: Webinar - Exam preparation, self-evaluation, Q&A, feedback
  • Week 5: Face-to-face - Assessments (at scheduled time)
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer: 7 weeks - Sunday 21st August - Sunday 2nd October

  • Week 6: Welcome webinar
  • Week 7: Face-to-face - Gym instructor and PT comparison, PT roles & responsibilities, case study, revision for exams
  • Week 8: Face-to-face - Fitness testing; group/paired, muscular strength, endurance & power, recording and reviewing, revision prep
