Related to our more gentle Yoga Calm classes, Sound Bath is a meditative practice that centres on the concept of sound bathing.
Follow a few yoga moves to help you unwind before settling on your mat. Your instructor will use singing bowls to create meditative sounds that transport you to a place of tranquillity and relaxation.
Individuals with epilepsy will need a Fit Note from their healthcare provider. Not recommended during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, or for those with a pacemaker, cardiac stent, shunt, artificial heart valves, implanted defibrillator, or any other metal objects in their bodies.
