Gentle yoga that uses gravity to help your body sink into deep stretches. You’ll do fewer poses than in other types of yoga but you’ll concentrate on each one for longer, trying to release your spine and relax into them. You’ll also practise meditation to help your mind unwind as much as your body.
HIIT
Get your sweat on in this high-intensity bodyweight class aimed at conditioning your body. In this circuits-based class, you'll focus on upper, lower and total-body exercises.
Bodypump
Cardio conditioning and weight training for all fitness levels. BodyPump will work your heart and lungs, and strengthen and tone your whole body from the inside out.
