Yay I'll Stay Offer Terms

One month free for a commitment to a further three months of membership.

  • The offer is only available to those who have made a request to cancel their membership.
  • If you choose to take up the offer, you will be entitled to one month of free membership in return for committing to remain as a member for three months – i.e. you will be committing to remain a member for three months, of which two months will be paid for at your normal membership rate.
  • Your first month of membership following re-commitment will be your free month. Your second and third months following re-commitment will be payable at your normal membership rate.
  • Once you have re- committed, your membership will continue on its current terms and conditions (including in relation to membership freeze and cancellation). You will not be able to cancel or freeze your membership to take effect before the end of the three month re-commitment period.
  • The offer is only available if you complete your re-commitment before 27 January.
  • This re-commitment offer can only be redeemed once per member in a 12 month period.
  • The offer only applies to individuals who are residents on the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years of age.
  • The offer does not apply to temporary memberships (where you pay up front for membership for an agreed period of time), company funded memberships, company part-funded memberships or Vitality memberships.
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • The offer may be withdrawn at any time.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and this offer at any time without notice, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour or if abuse of the offer is suspected.
  • All normal membership terms and conditions apply.
  • This offer is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
  • Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be deemed to exclude or restrict any person’s statutory rights as a consumer.
