    We’re here to support you. You can look forward to hands-on learning and practical sessions run by our expert team. We'll also provide you with learning materials that contribute to your progress, and will help prepare you for your new career as a yoga teacher.

    You will also participate in plenty of workshops, including Ayurveda, Yin, and Colonisation and Appropriation in Yoga, to deepen your experience and increase your awareness of topical conversations within the Yoga world.

    The course will run over 20 sessions, taught mostly at weekends with 1 intensive full week, see dates above.

    Classes run between 9:00am-5:00pm in our studios at Mansion House, London.

    Entry requirements

    We want to help you make the right decision about your future as a Yoga Teacher. As this course is quite physical and we’ve got so much to share with you, it may help if you’ve been practicing Yoga for at least 2 years. If you sound like a fit then we can’t wait to meet you!

  • How will the course be taught?

    The course will run over 20 sessions, within a 2 – 6 month period. Classes are taught in our modern studios in Mansion House, London.

  • How will the course be assessed?

    You will be assessed through a combination of a written and practical assessment.

    - You will complete a written test that will be up to 60 minutes in length. The test will focus on anatomy, history and philosophy. You will need a minimum of 70% to pass.

    - You will teach a short vinyasa class based on the sequence that you’ve learned. This class will be assessed based on a specific framework that will be shared with you on the course.
