This class is a style of yoga performed in a heated room and takes the practice through a series of sequences that connect breath with movement to create a dynamic and flowing practice.

A great workout for both body and mind. If you’ve tried yoga before, you’ll be familiar with some of the moves. If not, give it a go anyway. This is a great class for help with improving focus and stress relief.

This is a 55 minute class in a studio that is heated to 32 degrees. You’ll cover moves such as the Tree Pose, Triangle Pose, Dancers Pose, Chair Pose and Cresent Moon. Just this time it’s hot and there will be sweat. So get ready to strike a pose and hold it.
