All the benefits of mat Pilates, but with the added challenge of the Reformer bed. The sliding platform helps you stretch into new positions, while the pullies and springs give resistance to work your muscles and joints.

To make the most of Tower and Reformer Pilates, you must wear grip socks.
The tiny rubber grips will enhance your stability so you can move naturally, knowing your balance won't run away from you.
