What is Hot Yoga?

Dynamic yoga in 32°C heat. You’ll reach deeper stretches thanks to your (very) warm muscles. Flowing constantly between poses – Tree, Triangle, Chair, Crescent Moon – you’ll get a cardio workout, too.

Why do Hot Yoga?

It boosts your circulation, metabolism and energy levels.
The heat lets you push your poses further.

It calms you down.
