Using the reformer bed, you’ll glide, pull and stretch yourself like never before, sculpting and toning your body from top to bottom as you go. You’ll be taught the essential breathing techniques needed to reduce stress and build your stamina and endurance.
It’s great for injury prevention and rehabilitation and helps to strengthen opposing muscle groups, which increases efficiency and improves that much needed flexibility. You’ll be able to go further and push harder which a much lower risk of injury.
