This informal educational class is led by a friendly expert instructor who will guide you through everyday workouts, explain technical terms and help you get the best from your body. We examine common problems, provide simple solutions and give you everything you need to kick start your workouts. 

Wonder if you’re doing it right? Don’t panic, we show you the moves and how to prevent injury. No question is too silly, no worry too scary to say, this class really is for everyone.
