Run Tribe takes treadmill running to another level. A 30-minute HIIT class with a beat. Great for both body and mind.

It’s an interval-based workout using a gear system to build intensity as you work through four phases. Maximising total calorie burn and effectiveness.

You’ll be taken through your paces on flats, hills, sprints and speed, working both as individuals and as a team.
