The only competition you see is you. So set your own speed, and race yourself to the finish line.

Improve strokes, speed and stamina. Get guidance, encouragement and expert tips to turn pool time into your personal best time. Water’s resistance challenges your body, yet is gentle on joints. Your fellow swimmers help keep you motivated.

You just need to be able to swim at least four lengths of front crawl, but your technique does not have to be perfect – come along and improve with other like-minded members helped by our experienced swim coaches.
