Welcome to the subtle workout. Yoga classes in the Align category are slower-paced but still require effort. They will gently stretch and strengthen, and build outer and inner balance.

These classes are all about precision movement and longer holds where you will unite breath and movement. You might use yoga props – bricks, belts, bolsters and blankets – to support your body in the pose.

Purposeful movements and steady breathing slow down the mind, and each class ends with stress melting relaxation.
