The class begins with a 5-minute warm up in a big circle. From there you’ll be put into teams of 3-4 people. You’ll take on each of the 11 stations as a team, moving onto the next one only when your other teammates have finished.
Is that sweat or tears? You’re halfway through the stations and probably feel like giving up, but you can’t let your teammates down. They’re depending on you. Keep hustling.
You only have a couple stations left and are beginning to suspect this class may be more challenging than the actual Tough Mudder event itself. That’s how we ensure you’ll be ready when race day comes. Can’t quit now.
Congratulations, you just made it through 45 minutes of one of the hardest classes we offer at the club. Give yourself a pat on the back and then sign up for your next class. Don’t forget you don't get tough enough without regular training.
