THESE STRAPS DO WHAT?
On my first day at the gym, I had no idea where to begin. During my QuickStart induction Tanya, a personal trainer, suggested I give TRX a shot. I expected some big clunky machine but was surprised to find two single straps hanging from the ceiling. Okay, it didn't look complicated, but how was it going to work?

Getting the hang of it

I’m now using TRX 2-3 times every week, as well as swimming on the weekends. As a weight-training novice, TRX makes it easy for me to use my body strength to target specific muscle groups; it's totally fun and a great way to mix up my workouts.

CONSIDER ME HOOKED
I can feel myself getting stronger every week. When an exercise starts to feel too easy, I first do a celebratory dance and then find a trainer on the gym floor who can give me some quick advice on how to make the moves more challenging.
"I can't believe some of the stuff I'm able to do — I did my first jack knife the other day! I'm definitely more confident in the gym,and I really think learning something new has given me a confidence boost outside the gym too. Pretty glad I gave TRX a shot back on Day 1."
